Planning and organisational skills on the notch. all I heard was: 'well done ma-andii' my colleagues were blown away by the level set by andyplay'79@this year-end party. Bringing in Bodicandi Clothing Company like that into the mix of running a mini competiotion fo colleagues to compete for a clothing item was way too extravagan for them.
A follow up to this I'm taking some neighbours to the beach in Durban for a swim and braai. Also a colleague wants to go to UShaka Marine, riding in my 'asambeni' bakkie. The Festive doesn't get more exciting than this.
Remember I have declared that Bodicandi is the only thing to wear this summah...Ayoba

Enjoy your well-deserved holiday my friend. Take lots of pictures and keep me dated!
Loving that colloquial
Today, the 2nd of December we are observing the rights of disabled people. Good for humanity to regognise them once in a year and cajole the rest of the year without them - diabolic!
So what got me psched is what I heard on the news this morning that a speaker for the blind people in Durban were protesting to the Metro Minicipality, saying that they are treated unfairly, are not regognised as capable persons and are not given the same employment opportunities as those afforded to the able people.
The speaker also ended up by saying that people have been receiving government-funded housing subsidies all over the country. Blind people also need shelter and 'they (bling people) don't see bling people benefinting from this programme...
My colleague and friend said to me "interesting choic of words!"

Weekly Photo: Olympus OM10
My insane curiousity landed me on a second hand "garage sale" (terrible customer services). I found this vintage gadget. I was impressed by its compact make and the chrome, aluminium, and leather finish. No need to mention that the camera is as old as I am. I took it for a test drive one time and this is wha tit delivered.

Welcome!
It is always exciting to expand one’s domain of life. This process always begins with that either wonderful or painful life changing event. This life we life is not ours but it’s for the people we share with on this earth but most importantly it is a life we have been given on lease by God.
The people on this earth have entitlements and interests in the experiences we have in this life because in most cases they are somewhat involved in those experiences. Thus it makes sense that we should always find creative ways to share our life experiences with others in order to demonstrate the beauty of living.
The life we live belongs to God. He is the Alpha and Omega in this spiritual journey we call life. Therefore it is should be intrinsic to us as humanity that as we live we life a life that is good. This means that we live as people who are loving, compassionate, caring, affectionate, just, not judgmental, and be in harmony with other people, cultures, animals, the environment and the universe.
Therefore in life we must continue to thrive to be perfect while being humbled. We must pursue all life’s lessons with an open mind while observing the principles of goodness.
